You are invited to come to our upcoming Sourdough Bread Baking Class!
Using a sourdough starter that traveled the Oregon Trail, we will walk through the entire process of making sourdough loaves that are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, and oh so very good! We will learn about starter management, whole grain flours, dough development, shaping and rising loaves, and baking tangy loaves that are both nutritious and delicious! You have to have patience to make sourdough bread, but it is so worth the wait!!
This bread class is most suitable for students with some bread baking experience.

Time: 2:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Place: Bethlehem Harvest in Friendswood, Texas
Cost: $20 per person/$40 max per family.
