These pots are manufactured of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel and by adding the patented single-handed pressure lid any of the pots can be converted into a pressure cooker which allows you to cook quicker, eat healthier and be more energy efficient. This is NOT your mama's old pressure cooker, but a safe and efficient way to cook for your family. There are two sizes available. The larger size is 24cm or about 9.5" in diameter, so that the two pots have 4 liter and 7 liter capacities. The smaller sizes is 20 cm or about 8.0" in diameter, so that the pot capacities are 3.5 liter and 5.5 liter. Patented one-handed opening/closing system allows you to place or remove the lid securely from the vessel.
